ACTOR Born in Chicago, USA in 1968. 

Leading lady who made her break through as one half of the investigating team on The X-Files in the mid nineties. Spent quite a bit of time in London following the end of The X-Files and in 2005 turned in a spellbinding performance in the superb Bleak House. In 2000 wrote and directed the X-Files episode All Things.
