Nigella Lawson conjures up dazzling Italian food in a flash – from sensational pasta to an entire, effortless feast – as her series continues. She cooks, she shops, she entertains and shares fabulous fast-cooking tips.

Childhood trips to the Italian gardens in London's Hyde Park with her granny were always followed by a steaming bowl of chicken cacciatore. It's an action replay for Nigella's kids – the big difference is the express version of the Italian classic. It's the work of minutes, not hours.

Nigella also makes "pasta pronto", linguine with a sensational raw sauce of lemon, garlic and thyme mushrooms.
